About · Elevate DMA

Three people in Abuja who got tired of watching good businesses lose to worse ones.

Not because the better business was worse at the work. Because the worse one was easier to find, easier to ask a question, and quicker to reply — and by the time the good one picked up the phone on Monday, the job was gone.

That is not a marketing problem. It is a website problem, and it is the only problem we solve.

The team

Who We Are

A small studio that would rather do fewer things properly.

Three of us, working on the details most people skip — the sentence that answers the objection, the page that still loads on a weak connection, the question a customer would have asked at 2am. That attention is the whole product.

AI specialist

Builds the parts of a site that think — the chatbot that answers at 2am, the forms whose questions change as people answer them, the follow-up that runs while you sleep. If something on one of our sites makes a decision, he built it.

Nathanieal Asemokhai

Nathanieal Asemokhai

Creative director

Decides what a site looks like, and what it makes someone feel in the four seconds before they choose to stay. Every site in our portfolio is a deliberately different design language — that is his doing, and it is why none of them look like a template.

Technical lead

Owns everything that has to still be working in a year: hosting, page speed on a phone with two bars, and the analytics that tell you which advert actually produced a customer. The unglamorous half, and the half that decides whether the rest survives.

The core offer

What We Do

We help Nigerian service businesses turn website visitors into booked customers — without chasing every enquiry themselves.

That is one job, not five products. It just happens to need five things doing, every hour, whether or not anyone is at a desk.

01

It gets found

Someone in your city types what you sell into Google. There are ten results and almost nobody scrolls past the first three.

02

It captures the lead

Half the people who want you will not phone a stranger. They will fill in a short form — if it feels like it understands them.

03

It answers at 2am

Most enquiries are the same eight questions. They get answered instantly, in your words, at the hour they are actually asked.

04

It follows up for you

This is where the money leaks. Someone enquires, you are busy, three days pass, and they have booked with somebody else.

05

It shows you what worked

“Business is slow” is a feeling. “Instagram sent 40 and none booked, Google sent 12 and eight did” is a decision.

Not us

What we do not do

We do not run your social media, buy your ads or write your captions. We build the thing all of those should be pointing at.

The fit

Who We Do It For

Service businesses where one customer is worth about ₦200,000 or more.

That number is not snobbery, it is arithmetic. Below it, the maths of a build like this stops working for you, and we would rather say so now than take the money.

This works well for

Considered purchases

Businesses where the customer thinks before they buy, compares two or three options, and needs a question answered before they will commit.

Clinics, med spas and dentists
Specialist mechanics and technical trades
Event venues, private dining and hospitality
Coaches, consultants and professional services
Developers, renovators, solar and security installers
We will talk you out of it

Not yet, or not us

There are businesses we turn away, and we would rather do it on a free call than after you have paid us.

You have no customers at all yet. Get your first ten by hand — you will learn things no website could have told you
Your average sale is a few thousand naira. Volume retail needs a different machine to this one
You want a website because a competitor has one, rather than because you are losing enquiries
You need someone to run your social media. That is a real job, and it is not ours
You want it live next week. Three weeks is the honest number and we will not pretend otherwise
What we believe

Why We Do It

Five rules we hold to, including the ones that cost us money.

01 · Show, do not tell

If we say a website can do it, we make it do it in front of you

Every capability on our home page is a live, working demo, not a screenshot with a caption. Every site in our portfolio is a complete, functioning website with real forms, real quizzes and real calculators in it. Anyone can claim to build smart websites. Very few will hand you one and let you use it.

02 · Publish the price

You should not have to book a call to find out what something costs

Our prices are on the contact page with a calculator that gives you a number in about a minute, and you can leave with it. Hiding the price is a technique for making people invest time before they see something they were always going to say no to. It works, and we are not doing it.

03 · Know the ground

A website built for Lagos traffic on a fast laptop is not built for Nigeria

Pages are built to load on a phone with two bars of signal, because that is what most of your customers have. We write in naira. We know that enquiries arrive on WhatsApp at midnight, that generator noise is a real objection for a clinic, and that "call me" is not a call to action for someone who does not want to speak to a stranger.

04 · Say no

The advice that costs us a sale is the advice worth having

We have told people to spend the money on stock instead. We have told a business with no customers to go and get ten before coming back. A build that should not have happened is worse for us than one we never sold — it becomes a portfolio piece nobody is proud of and a client who tells people it did not work.

05 · Own what you built

The domain, the site and the data are yours, including on the day you leave

Instagram is rented ground. So is any platform where your customers live in somebody else's database. Everything we build sits on a domain in your name, and the monthly services are month to month with no lock-in and no notice period — stop them whenever you like and the website itself keeps working. If we are keeping you, it should be because the thing is making you money, not because leaving is difficult.

The next step

Talk to one of us

A 30-minute call, and you will get a straight answer.

We will look at your business, tell you which of the five jobs would make you the most money first, and give you a number. If we do not think it is worth it for you yet, we will say that instead — and you will not hear from us again unless you ask.
