These terms cover your use of elevatedma.online. They are not the agreement we sign when you hire us — that is a separate service agreement you will receive before any work starts.
This site is operated by Elevate Digital Solutions, a company based in Abuja, Nigeria, which trades as Elevate DMA. “We”, “us” and “our” in these terms mean Elevate Digital Solutions, and that is the party these terms are with. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Every site shown under Our Work is a complete, working website we built for a business we invented. Idu Autowerke, Ìtura Skin Rooms, Thirty-Two Dental and the rest are not real companies and are not our clients. We are a new agency, and rather than show you nothing we built a full portfolio ourselves. Every form, quiz, calculator and booking tool in them genuinely works — that is the point of showing them. Nothing in that section should be read as a claim that we have delivered work for those businesses, or as a testimonial.
The pricing calculator gives you an indication of cost based on what you select. It is not a quote, not an offer capable of acceptance, and does not create a contract. A binding price is only ever given in a written proposal or service agreement signed by us.
Prices shown on this site may change at any time. The price that applies to you is the one in your signed agreement.
The chat assistant is automated and generates its answers using a third-party language model. It can be wrong, out of date, or incomplete. Do not rely on it for pricing, timelines or any commitment. Nothing it says binds us. If something matters, confirm it with a person — email, WhatsApp, or a call.

We build websites designed to be found, to capture enquiries, to answer questions and to follow up. What we can promise is the work. What nobody can honestly promise is the outcome, because it depends on your market, your pricing, your service and your competition.
So, specifically: we do not guarantee a position on Google, a number of leads, a conversion rate, or any level of revenue. Any figure shown on this site is an illustration of how the tools work, not a forecast of your results. Sample dashboards, sample lead feeds and sample search rankings contain invented data and are labelled as such.

The design, text, code and images on this site belong to Elevate Digital Solutions or our licensors, and are protected by copyright. The demonstration sites in the portfolio remain ours.
Work we build for you is dealt with in your service agreement, not here. As a matter of policy, when a client's invoice is paid in full they own their website and their domain outright.
This site links to services we do not control, including Google Calendar and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content, their availability, or their handling of your data. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
We try to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Where you have engaged us for paid work, the limits in your signed service agreement apply to that work, not these terms.
Where we offer free builds, the terms of that specific offer are set out on the promotion page and apply in addition to these terms. Offers are limited in number, and we may close or change a promotion at any time before an application is accepted.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies.
