You will never be asked to send a message to find out a price. Weekday and weekend rates below; stays of seven nights or more come down automatically on the board.
Everybody in Abuja knows somebody who paid a deposit for a flat that did not exist. Here is how this works instead, and none of it depends on trusting us.
Holding a key takes the flat off the board for twelve hours. No card, no transfer, no deposit. If you change your mind you do nothing and it goes back on the board by itself.
Before any money moves we send an unbroken walk-through video of that exact flat, filmed the same week, plus the estate name and the street. You confirm the flat is the one in the photographs.
Deposit is 30% to a company account in the name on our CAC certificate. The balance is due when you are standing in the flat with the keys in your hand, not before.
Relocations, contract postings, and families waiting on a house. Past twenty-eight nights the board stops quoting you a nightly rate and switches to the monthly one, which is roughly a third off.
Companies get a single invoice with our TIN on it, payable by transfer in naira — the thing an expense department can actually process. Tell us how many staff and how long and we will put the keys together as one package.
